Mini Dragon

This program is designed for children aged 4 to 6. It focuses on fundamental martial arts training skills.

Dragon & mini Dragon

The DRAGON AND MINI DRAGON program is designed for children aged 4 to 8. Young karatekas learn to assert themselves and develop self-confidence in a context of respect and discipline. It focuses on fundamental martial arts training skills: stances, parries, kicks and punches, combinations, sequences, grappling, kata and scarf. -Classes focus on the following sporting and technical aspects:       

The development of physical fitness according to their age and ability: great stamina - balance - endurance - speed - flexibility - rhythm - timing - good form - correct distance - posture - breathing - coordination  

-The development of personal character: self-confidence - respect - self-control, self-discipline - sporting attitude - perseverance - concentration – humility. It also focuses on helping children understand the proper use of acquired skills while mastering self-confidence. Children also learn to recognize the real accomplishments they have achieved and those yet to come.

This program is designed for children aged 6 to 10. It focuses on fundamental martial arts training skills

SCHOOL AND ELITE SPORTS 

This program is designed for Cadets and Juniors aged 8 to 14. Young karatekas learn to assert themselves and develop self-confidence in a context of respect and discipline. Emphasis is placed on fundamental martial arts training skills: stances, parries, kicks and punches, combinations, sequences, grappling, as well as kata and kumite.  -Classes focus on the following sporting and technical aspects:  The development of physical fitness according to their age and ability: great stamina - balance - endurance - speed - flexibility - rhythm - timing - good form - correct distance - posture - breathing - coordination.

ADULT

The program is made for 16 years old and above wishing to learn karate. At a rythm of 2 course per week, adult practicing karate can get the advantage of some aspects including: 

- Progressive fitness classes focusing on developing coordination, strength, balance, endurance, speed and flexibility.  

- Self-defense, Individuals learn a variety of defense techniques for different situations they may face. They learn to recognize and react to different levels of aggression, from mild to severe. Self-mastery, self-control and safety are always a priority in our courses.  

-In addition, our students learn about the mental and spiritual aspects of karate, as well as balance (a healthy mind in a healthy body). They come to loosen up and develop their skills. Improving and maintaining balance in terms of breathing, concentration, emotions and so on are integrated into the classes in a subtle and enjoyable way. Laughter and seriousness are often blended to help assimilate the characteristics of the classes. Self-control is often highlighted as a key to overall balance.

Master

This program is designed for seniors of 55 years old and over. It focuses on technical karate training. Regular practice of katas and sequences stimulates the memory by keeping it active. The movements involved work on coordination and precision. Karate also enhances cardio-respiratory capacity, balance, muscle tone and flexibility. At a rate of two classes a week, adult karate practitioners can focus on a number of areas: -Progressive fitness Classes focus on developing coordination, strength, balance, endurance, speed and flexibility. - Self-defense Individuals learn a variety of defense techniques for different situations they may face. They learn to recognize and react to different levels of aggression, from mild to severe. Mastery, self-control and safety are always a priority in our courses. -In addition, our students learn about the mental and spiritual aspects of karate, as well as balance (a healthy mind in a healthy body).
